Orna’s next Go Creative! Retreat is in Norfolk, October 5th 2013.

Join an intimate group of writers for a weekend retreat with Orna Ross in the nurturing care of Mags Sorrell at Heath Priory, Norfolk. Be nourished by good food, great company and the beauty of the Norfolk Broads. Based on the seven-stage process outlined in Orna Ross’s book, Go Creative! It’s Your Native State, this is a weekend of words that will awaken you  to a new level of awareness and aliveness.

  • Discover F-R-E-E-Writing and Inspiration Meditation, two transformative tools for creative expansion.
  • Identify the seven stages of the creative process.
  • Enjoy exercises that help you to write poems and stories that have deep meaning and resonance for you.
  • Leave knowing how writing can help you solve problems and create wonders.
In this weekend retreat at beautiful Heath Priory on the edge of the North Norfolk broads, poet and novelist Orna Ross will be teaching the transformative power of writing for self.
Beginning with the need to “unlearn” some of what you learned at school so you can effortlessly express your truth in words, Orna introduces the liberating and grounding practices of F-R-E-E-Writing and Inspiration Meditation.
Using these techniques, and other fun individual and group exercises, you will produce poems and stories that have deep meaning and resonance for you.
You will also learn:
  • how to use writing to understand and unravel problems in life and create from a place of awareness
  • how to apply the seven stages of the creative process to anyything, from writing a book to making money or  transforming relationships
“Join us for the most exciting journey you can take, taking your pen  across the blank page of your own imagination.” Orna Ross.
