In this weekend retreat at beautiful Heath Priory on the edge of the North Norfolk broads, poet and novelist Orna Ross will be teaching the transformative power of writing for self.
Beginning with the need to “unlearn” some of what you learned at school so you can effortlessly express your truth in words, Orna introduces the liberating and grounding practices of F-R-E-E-Writing and Inspiration Meditation.
Using these techniques, and other fun individual and group exercises, you will produce poems and stories that have deep meaning and resonance for you.
You will also learn:
  • how to use writing to understand and unravel problems in life and create from a place of awareness
  • how to apply the seven stages of the creative process to anyything, from writing a book to making money or  transforming relationships
“Join us for the most exciting journey you can take, taking your pen  across the blank page of your own imagination.” Orna Ross.
